Refund policy
Refunds for Digital Materials
We offer a 30-day refund window for digital purchases, allowing you to request a refund within 30 days from the purchase date, provided the digital material has not been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise activated. Once access is granted (e.g., a download link is used, a file is opened, a license key is revealed, or streaming begins), the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by Canadian law or as specified below.
To be eligible for a refund, the digital material must remain unaccessed, unused, or unactivated, and in the same condition as at the time of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number and purchase email.
To initiate a refund request, contact us at crexzia358@outlook.com. As these are digital materials, no physical return is required, and we do not accept parcels. For troubleshooting purposes, we may request details such as device/OS information, screenshots of errors, or the exact file name or order ID.
If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions to revoke access or deactivate the license, if applicable, and process the refund. Digital materials sent to a physical address without prior approval will not be accepted, as they do not require shipping.
For any questions about digital returns, contact us at crexzia358@outlook.com.
Damages and Issues
Please verify your download link or digital access immediately upon receipt. If the digital material is inaccessible, corrupted, incomplete, contains incorrect files, or the license key does not work, contact us promptly at crexzia358@outlook.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
In most cases, we will attempt to remedy the issue by re-issuing download links, replacing corrupted files, providing alternative formats, or re-authorizing license keys. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund where appropriate, in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Digital Materials
Certain digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable digital materials once accessed or downloaded.
- Software license keys or activation codes once revealed or activated.
- Personalized or custom digital content (e.g., tailored files or presets) once delivered.
- Subscription-based services or memberships after activation for the current billing period.
- Streaming or on-demand content once playback has begun.
- Digital top-ups or credits once applied to an account.
If you are unsure whether your digital material is eligible for a refund, contact us at crexzia358@outlook.com before accessing or activating the item.
We cannot accept refunds for sale items or digital gift cards once issued, except where required by Canadian law.
Exchanges
For digital materials, the fastest way to resolve an issue is to allow us to fix the file or provide it in the correct format. If you intended to purchase a different digital material, you may request a refund before accessing or downloading (if eligible) and then purchase the correct item separately. Once a digital material has been accessed or downloaded, exchanges are generally not possible unless we cannot remedy a defect, as per Canadian consumer protection laws.
Canadian Consumer Protection
Under Canadian consumer protection laws (e.g., Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, s. 98), you may have certain rights to cancel contracts for goods or services, typically within a cooling-off period (e.g., 10 days in Ontario for certain transactions). However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your cancellation rights upon access or download, these rights may not apply after access begins. Contact us to confirm your eligibility under applicable provincial laws.
Refunds Process
We will review your refund request and, where applicable, verify that the digital material remains unaccessed or unused or that a defect cannot be remedied. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, in compliance with Canadian consumer law. Note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at crexzia358@outlook.com.
